About the Opportunity
Included below is a general summary of the duties and responsibilities for this Equipment Technician position.

• Participate in the design, development and implementation of new tools, fixtures and technology

• Assist in development process for automated manufacturing equipment used in the assembly of stacked die products

• Provide quick resolution of routine tool maintenance issues – Manage equipment uptime at greater than 95%.

• Initiate equipment and facility improvements.

• Define equipment preventative maintenance procedures and insure preventative maintenance schedules are followed to prevent unscheduled downtime.

• Drive cost reduction for facility and equipment related expenses

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 year technical degree, BS preferred

• 3-5 years previous equipment engineering / facility maintenance experience

• Assembly automation experience preferred

• Die attach, wire bond, pick & place or plastic molding equipment experience a plus

• Excellent oral and written communications skills

• Ability to manage multiple priorities and competing requirements
