Leo Yuan - Current CTO of Nature Worldwide Technology Corp. and former Technical Director at Sun Microsystems.  Mr. Yuan has over 25 years experience in the semiconductor industry with expertise in servers.  Mr. Yuan has 9 U.S. patents and is the recipient of Sun Microsystems President's Award.

Marcos Karnezos - Former Technology Advisor to STATSChippac and former CTO of ChipPac.  Dr. Karnezos has over 25 years experience in the semiconductor industry with expertise in stacking.  Mr. Karnezos has over 50 U.S. patents and has published over 100 technical papers.

Raj Masters - Corporate AMD Fellow. Mr. Masters is involved in developing packaging technology for current products and strategic enabling technologies in the area of materials, process, thermal, and electrical performance. Mr. Masters has 32 U.S. patents issued to him and has published over 60 technical papers.

Mark Tyndall- Current Vice President of Business Development and Corporate Relations at MIPS Technologies (www.mips.com ). In his position with MIPS Technologies, Mr. Tyndall directs M&A activities, identifies and establishes strategic business partnerships and expands the company’s relationships with the financial community. He joined MIPS Technologies from Infineon Technologies, where he held the position of Vice President of Business Development since 1999. Prior to his career at Infineon, Mr. Tyndall held management positions in product marketing for wireless, multimedia and networking products for Fujitsu Microelectronics, Germany, having earlier begun his career at Philips Semiconductor in the Netherlands.
