Vertical Circuits Inc. Appoints Sunil Kaul as President and CEO

Vertical Circuits Inc. (VCI), a die-level semiconductor stacking company, today announced the appointment of Sunil Kaul as President and Chief Executive Officer. The company supplies semiconductor and electronic products and services to commercial and aerospace customers worldwide.

Mr. Kaul joins Vertical Circuits from Silicon Bandwidth, where he served as Chief Operating Officer. His success in commercializing technology, building operations and growing companies through focused business strategy adds outstanding leadership to the VCI senior management team.

Vertical Circuits near chip-scale-packaging stacking provides an ideal solution for high density, high performance DDR-1 and DDR-2 memory modules for use in server and other demanding applications. The company anticipates that its micropedeTM stacked die BGAs components will become a major leading edge product for memory module manufacturers by addressing the performance, footprint and height short falls of current stackable memory and SIP solutions.
