ANNOUNCED THE APPOINTMENT OF INGU YIN CHANG AS VP OF SALES AND MARKETING SCOTTS VALLEY, CA, December 13, 2007; Prior to joining VCI, he was the Vice President of Sales and Marketing for Amkor Technology’s Western Region where he was responsible for strategic accounts and managed overseas sales. Mr. Chang joined Amkor in 1996 as a Technical Program Manager in their Santa Clara office and then went on to manage and oversee sales and business units in Taiwan and Greater China. During his Asia tenure, he managed business integration of multiple acquisitions, TSTC, Sampo Semi and FICTA. He began his career in 1989 as Package Development Engineer at LSI Logic.
